Shinoda Mariko(27) appeared with the rest of AKB48 on Music Station to present her final stage today. It was a tearful farewell for the girl and fellow first generation members, who have been together for as long as 8 years. As a final gift, AkiP wrote a song called “Namida no Sei Jya Nai”, which Mariko sang as the center surrounded by her members. As Mariko will no longer pursue a singing career after her graduation, this is probably the last we’ll see of her on stage. Thank you Shinoda Mariko for all your hard work all these years!
