NMB48’s new song “Ibiza Girl” on Music Station and more!

This week, NMB48 showed up with a new lineup consisting AKB48’s Kashiwagi Yuki, Umeda Ayaka, Fujie Reina and SKE48’s Takayanagi Akane to perform the title track from their new album.

Titled “Ibiza Girl”, it is a typical beach/summer song that we would expect from the 48 group. However, the tune is still very catchy and the choreography has some sexy elements which everyone should look out for!

  1. I like the song and the video is really fun to watch, but I don’t like so many members in it looks so messy and you cannot really appreciate the chorography.

  2. There’s going to be a geinin 3! start’s either 7/4 or 7/5

It was posted on the google plus for a bunch of members, including Jo Eriko … which probably means she’s back as a main character!

This is HUGE news for NMB fans …

      • Yup, it would the third season of NMB Geinin (NMB48 げいにん!), a variety/comedy show.

The show sort of has a plot and each episode usually features at least one improv segment … sort of like the monobokke from akbingo if you’re familiar with that.

Jo was a regular in the first season but didn’t appear in second because of her graduation but now she’s back. It would be awesome if she’s a regular again. Can’t forget the other members of course. They all have a different comedy style.

It’s a must for NMB fans! I’m pretty sure the style is quite different than most other 48 shows.

In other news, Yogi Keira is graduating 😦 but I wish her luck!
