Takuya Kimura’s drama “Hero” ends with strong ratings

SMAP Kimura Takuya’s drama “Hero ’14” has become the highest rating drama amongst those in the golden timeslot (Monday 9pm) this year.

The last episode aired on the 22nd September achieved average ratings of 22.9%, and the average ratings for all the episodes was 21.3%.

“Hero ’14” is a sequel to the original series in 2001. With Kitagawa Keiko as the new female lead and many former casts reprising their roles in this sequel, the drama started off on a good note with 26.5% ratings.

Kimura said “I would like to say thanks to the staff, cast and many who watched the drama!!”

I watched this but it didn’t seem that nice. I guess prosecutor dramas just ain’t my type.

    Kimura looks old in this drama. He was looking great in the original series. I enjoyed the original series more than this one.
    I think I am too late to comment on this.
