Celebrities grace the runway for Girls Award 2015 Spring/Summer

Various celebrities showed up at the Girls Award event in Tokyo’s Yoyogi National Stadium yesterday and showed off the latest fashion for this year’s spring/summer collection.

Amongst the celebrities are “Model 5” from Nogizaka46. Each of them are exclusive models for various fashion magazines and together, they look quite formidable.

Sashihara Rino announces her ambitions to win AKB48 General Elections in 2014 again

Sashihara Rino and actor Yamamoto Yusuke made an appearance on the 8th November to receive a “Best Smile of the Year” award. (Well, quite obviously, this is a campaign to advertise dental services but i shall talk about it later.)  Sashihara and Yamamoto received this award as a result of voting from 65,000 members of a dentistry association in Japan.

Sashihara Rino said “When i saw the list of winners from previous years, i was nervous because they are great people. I fell down before i came up here.” When asked when she showed her best smile this year, she said “Of course, it was during my win during the General Elections. Even though i wasn’t able to smile because of the shock, i was able to smile during the handshake sessions later. I’m very happy today. Next year, i will aim for No.1 with great teeth and a great smile next year!”

Yamamoto Yusuke said “I have been going for auditions in the past 6 years and my smile is the greatest when i land an acting role.” When asked about his impressions of Sashihara, he said “I think she shows alot of expressions when she does variety work, but she’s cute because her smile is great.”
